Group Personal Accident Claims (Part A & B)

How to make a claim

  1. Download a Group Personal Accident Insurance Claim Form from this website.
  2. Complete all relevant sections of the Claim Form.
  3. Send your completed form to ACE Insurance Limited (to the address below), within 30 days from the date of injury.
  4. ACE Insurance Limited will confirm receipt of your claim and/or make contact with you should they require further information.
